Based on a classic Marchsall Model 1962 head, this was put together expertly and is a great find. When we first took it in, we thought it was a reissue head based on what we were told, but through proper vetting and research, we found it was a kit head. Here's everything that we know about it: White cab shell is aftermarket by DST

 Oh man, we just scored a beauty - 50 watts, a lush tremolo and a tone like no other - this Marshall kit head sounds amazing.   Based on a classic Marchsall Model 1962 head, this was put together expertly and is a great find.

When we first took it in, we thought it was a reissue head based on what we were told, but through proper vetting and research, we found it was a kit head.  Here's everything that we know about it:

• White cab/ shell is aftermarket by DST Engineering Inc (Oct, 2005 by Jeff Swanson)
• Power and Output Transformers made by Mercury Magnetics
  
• Amp is made from a Kit with all Carbon Composite Resistors & SOZO Capacitors.
  
• Chassis is a newer Marshall 50w tremolo case from the 2000’s.
  
• Choke Transformer is original for this chassis.
  

You'll see in the photos that there is a very small tear/peeling of the tolex in one corner, but other than that, it's in tip-top shape.  It's really clean (especially for a white amp!).  It has been serviced, vetted, and tested to perfect working order. 

You'll also see a matching white cabinet in the pics- that was being sold separately and is gone now.

This is an awesome amp and deserves a good home.  We expect it to go there soon!
